Anna Parra
INSTRUCTOR
Anna, a Ventura native and devoted mother of three, discovered yoga as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. Her journey began as a personal exploration of holistic wellness, seeking peace within her body and a deeper connection to herself. Through this path, she found the transformative power of yoga in releasing past traumas, cultivating mindfulness, and embracing self-love. This passion led her to complete her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification, a 30-hour specialization in Restorative Yoga, and training as a Breath Work Practitioner. Anna believes that true well-being is achieved when we listen to our bodies and honor the energy within. Her classes create a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all backgrounds can explore mindfulness, self-care, and emotional release in a safe space. She hopes to guide others on their own journeys toward balance, fulfillment, and healing. Outside the studio, Anna finds joy in writing poetry, hiking, spending time at the beach, traveling, and exploring different cuisines. She also cherishes time with her family, including her two fur babies—Roxy the cat and Ollie the chihuahua. Whether on the mat or in daily life, she is passionate about fostering connection, inner harmony, and a sense of belonging for all.
